Lakehaven commissioner Nowicki joins state board

From staff reports:

The general members of the Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts elected Ronald Nowicki, a commissioner of Lakehaven Utility District, to serve as treasurer on their board of directors. Nowicki’s election to the position took place Sept. 17 at the association’s annual meeting. He will assume the treasurer duties on the board effective Jan. 1, 2011. He currently serves as a combined director on the board and his term runs through December 2012. Founded in 1996, WASWD represents Washington state’s 176 sewer and water districts, local government entities which provide services to 30 percent of the state’s population.
