Salty’s at Redondo (28201 Redondo Beach Dr. S., Des Moines) will host a five-course Coelho Wine Dinner on Thursday, April 7, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Menu items and featured wines can be previewed at saltys.com/news/redondo/item/1490.
The dinner, presented by Salty’s at Redondo Wine Manager Jared Rost and Chef Josh Green, will cost $70 per person and is limited to diners 21 and older. Reservations in advance are required and can be made by calling 253-946-0636.
