Cindy Ducich named sales manager for Federal Way Mirror

Longtime multimedia sales representative Cindy Ducich has been promoted to sales manager for the Federal Way Mirror.

Ducich, who first joined the Mirror in 2009, is one of the most recognizable faces in the community. In her new role, Ducich will help oversee day-to-day print and digital sales and marketing at the Mirror.

“Customer service is my top priority, and my door is always open,” Ducich said. “I’m excited to continue helping businesses and people build relationships with our readers.”

Before coming to the Mirror, Ducich owned and operated a dry-cleaning business. She also spent more than 33 years leading retail sales management and more for organizations such as Bon Marche. She and her husband, Dan, live in Federal Way and are the proud parents of Ali and Stefan.

“We are honored to have Cindy as part of our management team,” said Mirror Publisher Polly Shepherd. “She’s connected to the community where she works and lives.”
