The Commons mall announces four new tenants

The Commons at Federal Way announced the arrival of four new businesses at the local mall, located at South 320th Street and Pacific Highway South. The mall is home to more than 100 retailers, eateries and services.

• Etiquette: This contemporary women's retailer is located near Target and appeals to women of all ages. Etiquette offers a range of shoes, tops, pants and accessories for the price-conscious shopper. Contact (253) 941-4991.

• Brow and Lash Art: Located near the Century Theatres, Brow and Lash Art offers "threading" services — a chemical-free way to remove facial hair. Eyelash extensions, tinting, make-up and henna tattoos are also available. Contact (206) 816-9900.

• Halloween City: Located near Starbucks, this costume superstore is a one-stop shop for all things Halloween, from masks to trinkets. Set to open by the end of the third quarter. Visit www.halloweencity.com.
