Federal Way residents Derrick and Eleanor Ellis are bringing their Lumpia World Cuisine food truck to Federal Way for a lunch shift 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 14 at 33029 Pacific Highway S. (at S. 330th St., next to Pochels Appliance Center).

Lumpia serves fusion cuisine consisting of Filipino-Chamorro-Japanese influences. Menu items include ginger pork; lemongrass chicken; ground steak; vegetarian, banana, or sweet potato Lumpia’s; tofu; baked chicken breast; and Krab Soba Soups.
