The City of Federal Way has an opening on the Tourism Enhancement Grant subcommittee of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee. The subcommittee meets twice yearly to review applications for tourism enhancement grants. These grants help fund events that bring visitors to town and help fuel the local economy.

The open position is a general community representative, requiring no specific affiliation or nomination by a constituency. Interested parties may apply by filling out the Boards and Commissions application found on the city's website at www.cityoffederalway.com. Applications must be returned by Jan. 28 via mail or e-mail.

For more information, please contact Patrick Doherty at (253) 835-2612 or patrickd@cityoffederalway.com.
